These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website, platform, applications, programs, and services offered by Sabiqoon, Inc. ("Sabiqoon," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features of Sabiqoon, you may be required to create an account. By registering, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old;

• All information you provide is truthful and accurate;

• You are not barred from using the platform under applicable laws;

• You will keep your login credentials secure and confidential.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Sabiqoon reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

2. PURPOSE OF SABIQOON

Sabiqoon is an incubator and accelerator designed to support Muslim entrepreneurs in building ethical, impactful, and scalable ventures. We provide tools, mentorship, digital resources, and community support. We do not provide legal, tax, investment, or financial advice.

Participation in our programs or use of our platform does not constitute a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Sabiqoon.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME

Sabiqoon does not guarantee that your participation in any program or use of our platform will lead to funding, investment, commercial success, or any specific business outcome. All resources are provided "as-is" and used at your own risk.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not endorse or review your business plan, pitch, or product;

• Any guidance, mentorship, or feedback is advisory and non-binding;

• Decisions you make are solely your responsibility.

Sabiqoon disclaims any liability arising from your business decisions, intellectual property, or operational activities.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and materials provided by Sabiqoon, including but not limited to logos, branding, website content, course materials, tools, and documents are the exclusive property of Sabiqoon or its licensors.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

You retain ownership of your own intellectual property submitted to the platform (e.g., your business idea, documents, designs, and code). However, by submitting content, you grant Sabiqoon a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share such content within the context of providing mentorship, reviews, and community collaboration.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE

Sabiqoon respects the confidentiality of ideas submitted by entrepreneurs. However, due to the collaborative nature of the platform, we cannot and do not guarantee the confidentiality of any information you submit.

You acknowledge that:

• We are not obligated to sign any non-disclosure agreement (NDA);

• Other users, mentors, or reviewers may submit similar or identical ideas;

• Sabiqoon is not liable for any inadvertent disclosure or similarity to another project or user.

You are encouraged to protect your own intellectual property (e.g., trademarks, patents, copyrights) prior to public sharing.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or regulation;

• Infringe upon any third-party rights;

• Transmit any harmful or malicious code;

• Harass, abuse, or impersonate others;

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Sabiqoon reserves the right to investigate and pursue legal action for any misuse of the platform.

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND CONTENT

Sabiqoon may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these sites.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Sabiqoon and its services are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose;

• Accuracy or reliability;

• Non-infringement.

We make no guarantees that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabiqoon is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to:

• Your access or use of the platform;

• Any advice or content received from Sabiqoon or its mentors;

You agree that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to stop using it.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sabiqoon, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of:

• Your use of the platform;

• Your violation of these Terms;

• Your business activities, submissions, or intellectual property.

11. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use of Sabiqoon constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
